Louise Richmond, Acquisition Manager at the RSPCA said: “This source of new donors is very important to the RSPCA, and our investment in 2007 represents our faith in the quality of the donors brought on board by PTF using the telephone. Average values have been high, and attrition has been favourable in comparison to alternative methods of donor recruitment. PTF has also been retained by the RSPCA for 2007 for all donor retention and development activity, including legacy telemarketing.
