JOHN, B.C. — A planned power outage on Sunday will leave 300 customers in the Goodlow and Boundary Lake areas without service for 10 hours, says BC Hydro.A bulletin from BC Hydro says the power will be out to perform necessary work on a transmission line inside the Fort St. John Substation. This is part of the Transformer Addition Project, it states.“The transmission line feeds the substation in the Goodlow area and will be disconnected, thereby affecting the Goodlow and Boundary Lake customers,” the bulletin says.- Advertisement -The power is expected to be out from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., on April 17.
