Four heart charities launch joint overseas cycle event The third 429km Big Heart Bike Ride will take place in the Sinai Desert in Egypt from the 7-15 November 2009. Men and women of all ages who are prepared to train and get fit are invited to take part. Funds raised will be divided equally between The British Heart Foundation, CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young), Echo UK (The Tiny Tickers Charity), and Heart UK.
