JUDGE MAKES INISHOWEN DEATH CRASH CASE A PRIORITY

first_imgEamonn McDaid was one of those killed in the 2010 crashA Judge has spoken to the families of those who died in Ireland’s worst fatal road crash, telling them that a case against a local man will be prioritised in the court list.Judge John O’Hagan said all involved in the case, in which eight people died in a crash in Inishowen in 2010, were anxious to have the case heard. The case against Shaun Kelly (24) of Hill Road, Ballymagan, Buncrana was called at Letterkenny Circuit Court today.
